Saturated steam enters the humidifier from the steam inlet, and the steam flows axially in the double jacket spray bar. The latent heat of the steam is used to preheat the central spray bar, ensuring that the steam sprayed from the central spray bar is pure dry steam, that is, steam without condensed water. After passing through the steam sleeve, saturated steam enters the steam water separation tank. A baffle is installed inside the separation tank to allow steam to rotate and flow vertically upward after entering the separation chamber, thereby efficiently separating steam and condensed water; The separated condensed water is discharged from the bottom of the separation chamber through a steam trap, and the dry steam enters the central spray bar and is sprayed out from the spray hole with a noise reduction device to humidify the air.

Installation instructions:
1. The installation of the humidifier should ensure that it is within the absorption distance, otherwise a multi nozzle humidifier should be used, and the nozzle should be in line with the direction of the airflow.
2. The end of the nozzle should be slightly inclined upwards to facilitate the flow of condensed water back into the flash chamber.
3. The nozzle should be installed at least 250mm downstream of the surface cooling system.
4. Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters between the humidifier nozzle and the control sensing element.
5. The nozzle should be installed as much as possible between the heater and the muffler to eliminate steam jet noise.
6. When installing multiple nozzles, the nozzle spacing should be equal.
Precautions for use:
1. Turn on the air conditioner for 3-5 minutes, then turn on the humidifier, and turn off the humidifier for 5-6 minutes before turning off the air conditioner;
2. When turning on the humidifier, the steam source should be turned on first, followed by the power supply. When turning off the humidifier, the power supply should be turned off first, followed by the steam supply;
3. If the pressure of saturated steam is greater than 0.4 MPa, the gas source should be turned off in a timely manner;
4. When the working environment temperature and humidity of the humidifier do not meet the technical requirements, it should not be turned on;
5. When repairing and maintaining the humidifier, the power should be cut off, the steam source should be turned off, and the condensed water in the humidifier tank should be drained completely;
6. When parked for a long time, the power should be cut off, the steam source should be turned off, and the condensed water in the humidification tank should be drained completely;
7. After long-term parking, before restarting, check whether all parts of the humidifier are reliable.
